  1. List of eSoft substitution parameters supported by Log Lister

  4. This file is an attempt to show (a) the substitution parameters supported
  5. by Log Lister, and (b) the substitution parameters NOT supported
  6. by Log Lister.
  7.  
  8. This list is in 3 parts (a) the list of substitution parmeters used
  9. within TBBS when running (detailed in the TBBS 2.3 manual, on pages 2-15
  10. thru 2-17 of my copy); (b) the list of substitution parmeters used by the
  11. ULEDIT printing option (detailed in the ULEDIT.DOC file on your TBBS 2.3
  12. disks); (c) some new ones I have invented, to cover a few values not
  13. covered in (a) or (b).

  15. In several cases, more than one "name" describes the same thing, simply
  16. because the ULEDIT print option uses different names to the TBBS runtime.
  17.  
  18. The criterion used to decide if a field is supported by Log Lister is very
  19. simple: if the field is actually part of the userlog, then it is available
  20. for use (eg: %TOTMSGS% is excluded because it's not part of the userlog).
  21.  
  22. ALL of the SUBSTITUTION parameters listed in section (1) may be included in
  23. header lines, as these are evaluated and expanded at display-time by TBBS.
  24.  
  25. Substitution parameters may be defined in the config file using upper,
  26. lower, or mixed case: %USER%, %user% and %User% are all the same.
